Mike Horn’s list of achievements is unrivalled. For more than 30 years now, he has been pushing back the boundaries of exploration. He has circumnavigated the globe twice (once on the equator and once on the Arctic Circle); he has walked to the North Pole in winter and in total darkness; he has circumnavigated the globe for four years on his boat to raise environmental awareness among young people; and he has climbed four of the world’s highest mountains. More recently, he was the first man to cross the South Pole as well as the North Pole.
