| 1990 | Mike travels to Europe and works as a river guide and ski instructor. |
| 1991 | Paragliding and rafting expedition; 3 month expedition in the Peruvian Andes. |

Mike becomes a member of the ‘Sector No Limits Team’. Mont Blanc Glacier; Descent from 4’800m altitude to the French Riviera on a hydrospeed. |

Colca Canyon Expedition; First to hydrospeed the deepest canyon in the world. Pacuare Expedition; First complete descent of the upper Pacuare River in Costa Rica. The highest waterfall ever to be done on a hydrospeed (22m). |

Youngest ever North Pole expedition. Mike and his family walk from Barneo Base to North Pole. Mike is elected member of the Laureus World Sports Academy Himalayan Expedition; two 8’000 m summits without oxygen, Gasherbrun I, Gasherbrun II. |
